The Whole Enchilada of New Haven was founded in 1996. We are New Haven's first and
oldest "Fresh-Mex" style restaurant.
We use only the finest quality foods and ingredients when preparing our Healthy, Fresh-Mex dishes.
We never use lard or oils and most importantly,
nothing comes from a can.
Everything is home made and prepared on the premises. |
